1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Aurevon AI Studio at aurevonai.com or dash.aurevonai.com (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Aurevon IT Services L.L.C FZE ("Aurevon", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of Service

Aurevon provides a cloud-based creative and productivity workspace offering AI-powered and utility tools, including:

AI image generation
AI video generation
AI background removal and background replacement
Image editing and image format conversion
Video conversion, trimming, compression, subtitles, merging, and related video tools
PDF tools, including conversion, merge, split, compression, rotation, watermarking, and document processing
QR code generation for URLs, WiFi, contact details, email, phone, plain text, and other supported formats
Workspace history, exports, credits, subscriptions, and related account features

Some tools may be free, limited, credit-based, subscription-based, or available only on selected plans.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account, purchase credits, or subscribe to a paid plan. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the authority to accept these Terms.

4. Accounts

4.1 Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@aurevonai.com if you suspect unauthorised access or misuse of your account.

4.3 One Account Per User

Each person or business entity may maintain one active account unless we approve otherwise. Creating duplicate accounts to bypass free limits, usage restrictions, payment rules, security checks, or account actions is prohibited.

5. Free Usage, Credits, and Subscriptions

5.1 Free Usage

Aurevon may provide limited free usage, including free actions, free previews, monthly free credits, or other trial access as displayed on the Platform or pricing page. Free usage may vary by tool, browser, account status, plan, region, or abuse-prevention rules. Free usage has no cash value and does not convert into a paid plan unless you choose to purchase credits or subscribe.

5.2 Pay-As-You-Go Credits

Pay-as-you-go credits are purchased as a one-time payment and credited to your account. Credits may be used for eligible tools according to the credit cost displayed on the Platform. Credits are non-transferable and are non-refundable except as stated in the Refund Policy or required by law.

5.3 Subscription Plans

Aurevon offers subscription plans that may include plans such as Pulse, Volt, Core, Surge, Apex, Nova, Luminary, Titan, and Cosmos, or other plans shown on the pricing page. Subscription benefits, credit allowances, supported tools, file history, team seats, API access, rollover rules, and other features are determined by the plan selected and the details displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase.

5.4 Credit Rollover

Unused subscription credits do not carry over to the next billing period unless credit rollover is expressly included in your plan or shown on the pricing page. Any rollover benefits may be subject to limits, expiry periods, or plan-specific conditions.

5.5 Billing

Subscriptions are billed automatically at the start of each billing period, monthly or yearly depending on the option you choose. By subscribing, you authorise Aurevon or its payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

5.6 Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time or unused credits within an active billing period except as stated in the Refund Policy or required by law.

5.7 Upgrades and Downgrades

Plan upgrades may take effect immediately and may be charged on a pro-rated or full-period basis depending on the Platform checkout flow. Downgrades usually take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise displayed at checkout or in account settings.

5.8 Price and Feature Changes

We may change pricing, credit costs, plan names, included features, limits, or tool availability from time to time. Where a material change affects an active paid subscription, we will provide reasonable notice where required. Continued use after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing or features.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to upload, generate, process, distribute, or assist with content or activity that:

Is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, harmful, defamatory, obscene, abusive, or threatening
Infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights
Includes non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual content involving minors, or content that exploits or harms children
Impersonates another person or creates misleading content intended to deceive, defraud, or cause harm
Promotes violence, terrorism, hate, self-harm, illegal goods, or illegal services
Contains malware, phishing content, malicious code, or attempts to compromise systems or data
Attempts to bypass security controls, access restrictions, rate limits, payment requirements, or usage limits
Scrapes, copies, reverse-engineers, or extracts data from the Platform or its AI models without permission
Places unreasonable load on our infrastructure through bots, automated scripts, or abusive usage patterns
Resells, sublicenses, or commercially redistributes Platform access without our prior written consent

Violation of these rules may result in restriction, suspension, or termination of your account without refund.

7. Your Content and Outputs

7.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of the files, prompts, instructions, and materials you upload to the Platform. You also own or may use the outputs generated through the Platform, subject to these Terms, the rights of third parties, and applicable law.

7.2 Licence to Process

By uploading files or submitting prompts, you grant Aurevon a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, transform, display, and transmit your content solely as necessary to provide the requested service, operate the Platform, provide support, maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

7.3 Responsibility for Source Material

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload, edit, convert, generate from, or otherwise process any source material you submit. You must not upload or process content that violates third-party rights or applicable law.

7.4 Commercial Use

Outputs may generally be used for commercial purposes, provided you have the necessary rights to the source material and your use complies with applicable law. Aurevon does not guarantee that any AI-generated output is unique, registrable as intellectual property, or free from similarity to content generated for other users.

7.5 AI Output Limitations

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, offensive, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying outputs before relying on them or publishing them.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Platform, including software, design, user interface, workflows, branding, trademarks, logos, documentation, and underlying technology, are owned by Aurevon or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of the Platform or permission to use Aurevon trademarks or branding without written approval.

9. Third-Party Services

The Platform may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, cloud infrastructure providers, analytics tools, customer support tools, and AI model providers. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms and policies.

10. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the Platform will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, browser, file type, or use case. We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any feature or tool where necessary for maintenance, security, legal, technical, or business reasons.

11. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. Certain purchases, including used credits, renewed subscriptions, and services already delivered, may be non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in the Refund Policy.

12. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION.

We do not warrant that:

The Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
AI outputs will be accurate, complete, unique, lawful, or suitable for a specific purpose
Files or data will never be lost, corrupted, or unavailable
Any specific result, performance level, business outcome, or commercial benefit will be achieved

You should keep backup copies of important original files before uploading them.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AUREVON'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO AUREVON IN THE 30 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUREVON SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aurevon, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Platform, your content, your outputs, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your account or access to the Platform if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, misused the Platform, created risk for Aurevon or other users, engaged in fraud or payment abuse, triggered security concerns, or where required by law or a service provider.

Upon termination, your access to the Platform, unused credits, workspace history, and subscription benefits may be restricted or removed, subject to the Refund Policy and applicable law.

You may stop using the Platform at any time and may request account deletion by contacting support@aurevonai.com.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the United Arab Emirates.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes may be communicated through the Platform or by email where appropriate. Continued use of the Platform after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
