Aurevon IT Services L.L.C FZE ("Aurevon", "we", "us", or "our") operates the website aurevonai.com and the workspace at dash.aurevonai.com (collectively, the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and the choices you have when using Aurevon.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

2.1 Account Information

2.2 Payment and Billing Information
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers, card security codes, or sensitive payment credentials on our servers. We may receive limited billing information such as transaction status, plan type, payment method type, card last four digits, billing country, invoices, receipts, and payment references for account, support, tax, fraud-prevention, and record-keeping purposes.
2.3 Uploaded Files, Prompts, and Generated Outputs
When you use Aurevon tools, you may upload images, videos, PDFs, documents, or other files, or submit text prompts and instructions. We process this content only to provide the requested service, such as AI image generation, AI video generation, background removal, PDF processing, image conversion, video tools, or QR code generation.
Uploaded source files may be temporarily stored for processing. Project metadata, output previews, generated results, and workspace history may remain available in your account according to your plan, workspace settings, or until deleted by you, unless retention is required for legal, security, billing, or abuse-prevention reasons.
We do not use your uploaded files or private workspace content to train Aurevon-owned AI models.
2.4 Usage Data
We automatically collect standard technical and usage data, including IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, tool usage, timestamps, error logs, and similar diagnostic information. This helps us operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Platform.
2.5 Cookies and Local Storage
We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you logged in, remember preferences, manage free usage limits, and protect the Platform from abuse. We may also use analytics cookies or similar technologies to understand aggregate usage patterns. You can control cookie settings through your browser, but disabling certain cookies may affect Platform functionality.

- Not used to train Aurevon-owned AI models
- Processed using technical safeguards and access controls
Where possible, some browser tools may run locally in your browser. Other tools may require cloud processing, third-party infrastructure, or AI model providers to complete the requested task.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share limited information only where necessary with:
- Service providers - cloud hosting, storage, analytics, email delivery, payment processors, security tools, customer support tools, and AI/model infrastructure providers that help operate the Platform
- Payment and fraud-prevention partners - to process transactions, verify payments, manage disputes, and prevent abuse
- Legal authorities - where required by law, regulation, court order, lawful request, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Aurevon, users, or others

Aurevon is operated from the United Arab Emirates. If you access the Platform from outside the UAE, your information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in the UAE and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. Data protection laws in those jurisdictions may differ from the laws in your country.
